Hello. Thanks for dropping by my Live Journal account. I'm not too good at describing myself, so I guess I will just ramble. I am a 23 years old. I live in Wilmington, DE. It has all the makings of a large city, without the huge sprawling urban landscape. Nature is close to hand, just a short drive away.

I used to do resteraunt management for a while , but I am currently a Network Administrator, as well as responsible for repairing computers, PDA's, cell phones. All electronics for a Drug and Alcohol Rehab corporation here in Wilmington, Delaware. I love my job, and it gives me a chance to excersize unrestricted geekery. :-P

I have an insatiable love for Digital Photography. It is a HUGE hobby of mine! My favorite subject is nature, but I do urban and human subjects as well. And as my friends will probably tell you, I am a camera whore as well. I love having my picture taken (especially with friends). Photographs are memories... fractions of a second in time that have been trapped, so they may be shared with those you love. I also love to read and write. I LOVE the coffee house scene. Meeting new people, playing pool/darts, chatting on the couch and sipping Caramel Vanilla Latte. *grin* I just love people in general. Meeting new unique people. It's awesome!

I love Faeries. I have had the fascination in them since I was little. I am also a Leo, and I'm a princess too! LOL!!! My nickname isn't Fae for nothing :-P

I love nature and physical activities too. Running, swimming, bicycling, camping, hiking, mountain climbing, I wanna get into SCUBA when I can afford it. Nature is awesome. I have a love affair with the waters and mountains. Put them both together... waterfalls! I love waterfalls! Nothing is prettier than a waterfall in the moonlight on a warm summer evening. I love space, the stars, planets. I love thunderstorms. Crashing bolts of lighting, awesome displays of nature's power. Nature should be respected more! (I am not about to chain myself to a tree to save it though, lol) It's just natural beauty that is far too often taken for granted.

I don't have much of a family. I have 2 awesome Grandparents and an Uncle, all of whom I am very close to. My mom lives in Virginia. I love her soooooo much! I <3 YOU MOMMY!!! ^__^ My family rules! I don't have many friends, just a few, but I love them with all of my heart.

I am a supporter of the GBLT (Gay, Bisexual, Lesbian, Transgender) Community. Although I am not Lesbian myself (everyone can vouch I am VERRRY boy crazy, lol), I do not believe in discrimination based on sexual orientation. I know people from all walks of GBLT life, and they are awesome people. They also deserve all the rights and priveledges strait people do, to include marriage. I believe they have right to get married. If a church or other organization doesn't want to conduct the wedding itself, that is the churches right as well. Gays need the right to marry, I just hope that when they DO actually gain that right, that they treat it as responsibly, and as heavily as strait's do. Getting married is no flippant thing you decide to do one weekend. It is a commitment, and as long as it is regarded as a physical contract between 2 people who love eachother dearly, sexual orientation should not be a barrier to that right.

...hmmm what else? Oh! Movies! I LOVE COMEDY!!! I love newer comedy (Mystery Science Theater 3000, South Park, Reno 911, Daily Show with Jon Stewart, Dave Chappelle and a slew of the new comedy movies) along with older Classics. Blazing Saddles, Spaceballs, Airplane, and the best of them all ... MONTE PYTHON!!! I have Monte Pytyhon: Quest for the Holy Grail memorized!!! Hahahah!!! I am SUCH a geek, but I don't care! I love more serious films too. I LOVE Star Wars!!! Ankain is soooooo hootttt (so was Qui Gon, and Obi Wan too). All together they have made an epic tale, and I am impressed. Lord of the Rings. ALSO an awesome series. Me and my roommate watched all 3 together in a marathon once. Don't do that, your eyes will hurt. LOL! I love certain Star trek films. Wrath of Kahn, Undiscovered Country, Generations. I am pretty picky on Star Trek. It crashed and burned after Gene bit the dirt.

...Yeah, I guess I AM a nerd! I love video games too! I like pretty much all games except for sports, which bore the living hell out of me. I love RPG's especailly. I like board games too: Sorry, Scrabble, Connect four, Clue, Monopoly, Axis and Allies (I will kick your ass in it too) and the best board game of all... PRETTY PRETTY PRINCESS!!! Hahahah... that game rules ^__^
